I was wondering for a longer time and tried to reach out on Twitter aswell, but is there a way to get Recon legit in classic Halo 3 anymore ?
My Bextiz account exists since 2008 and somehow i didn’t get the armour unlocked by the takeover of 343 Industries !
Anyone in here can provide help ?
I could be wrong, but as far as I know, there is no longer a legitimate way of obtaining the Recon armour.

But why was me not getting the armour 
Sorry OP, but Recon isno longer available and hasn’t been for a number of years now. Bungie and 343 gave it away for a short time but the tech to do so has now been retired. If you weren’t able to earn it at the time, I’m afraid you’re out of luck. You can use it if you have MCC as it was included in Halo 3 for MCC
