In my opinion “Warzone FireFight” is NOT firefight and shouldn’t be called such. I think we need at lest a classic fire fight mode to be announced with new maps, and the occasional objective, but with the core ideal of firefight in mind, SURVIVEL. Anyone agree?
It would also need that cinematic feel like the classic one had. Meaning, the enemies just don’t appear. A ship comes in to drop them off, etc. Etc. Etc.
The maps need to be smaller as well and the AI needs to actually engage and combat us, not just stick to one area. The classic one, the enemies came after you and such.
It’s just a beta guys not the actual FF

Are we talking about the same firefight here? Because this is precisely what it does (can’t exactly speak for the parts of the map where we don’t see them) and they still appeared out of thin air in classic firefight (Reach in particular)
I mean, the Prometheans do appear out of thin air, but they’ve always done that.
ODST firefight needs to be incorporated.
firefight = a wave based mode were you face off against AI. Thats literally all firefight is and ever was. Reach made the arcade version but firefight is just wave based AI. Warzone is just that with Reqs and objectives, its a variation but still is firefight.
Just make it a seperate customizable playlist for Arena and custom games, there is no need to replace the current Warzone Firefight. This would suit well for the old style and new style HALO players.

I hate it when you people say this crap. So what, when the ‘actual ff’ drops it will be nothing like this at all? It will be exactly like this with a difference here and there. You realize that, right? If you don’t then you’ll be severely disappointed when the ‘actual ff’ comes around.
I agree. I suggest flooding the Warzone Firefight feedback thread with requests for a classic Firefight if we want 343 to do something right for once.
Agree, i was exited about this firefight because i have got the olds firefight style in mind with bigger maps, more ennemies and Req’s as a plus (Not the only way to get vehicules and weapons, i dont want a suppressor droped by a dead promethean solidier with almost only one clip left).
But after 2, 3 games i was disappointed and actually was bored of it. Because i know that it say “beta” but in the end it will be the same play style as it is right now.
In the classic firefight you feared the ennemies, you tried to Survive the round, you runed to get that Spnkr or sniper rifle droped from the sky/respawned after the wave in the hope to get back at your “saferoom” before the next wave began.
Now i see spartans running into ennemies, its like classic firefight but reversed, we hunt the ennemies down, the ennemies try to survive against us and we are there only to kill them all.
We need a CLASSIC playlist for everything 
I like some things that 343i do but they seem to fall short on incorporating features compared to bungie either they are short on funds or capitalists…and both companies seem to have that in common…All I know is I want a solid game with accessibility gameplay etc…Bro idk what’s up with these companies but there is plenty of young blood and fresh meat that are all over this stuff that have plenty of capabilities etc and some who will even work for free and just experience…There is no real reason for these things to go wrong the UI could easily be fixed by a graphic design programmer etc…There are plenty of young artists etc who do collaboration artwork etc…Deviantart tumblr the works…The reason all of this is going bad is because no one is looking no one wants to take the effort or work together…So hey we’ll see what happens…In the future I am having my fair share of fun though…
I enjoy it for what it is, which is a pve warzone mode people have been asking for, but simply tagged with the title of firefight for its similarities.

Nah, they had pages upon pages of feedback regarding WZFF and changed very little. We’ve rattled the cage plenty and many of the major issues brought up were not addressed.

its really depressing that they don’t seem to care, maybe we should start a petition??? i know for a fact once word spreads we’d havve thousands if not millions of people sign on
