Classic Bosses Return

Since Halo 5 came out, we’ve been seeing a lot of classic weapons and vehicles make a return through free updates. How about some classical enemies added to the “Warzone Simulation”?

Maybe in the future, instead of trying to kill the Warden Eternal, we may have to kill Tartarus, or maybe even the Prophet of Regret as we did in past games.

It would be interesting to again revisit our past enemies and eliminate them, again, but this time in Halo 5, with a bigger inventory of weapons and equipment at our disposal.

How would you feel if Ripa 'Moramee (the Arbiter from Halo Wars) was added as a Warzone boss?

Think about it…fighting against one of the scariest Elites who has ever became an Arbiter. How epic would that be?

Holy crap you read my mind. I didn’t put it in the post because storywise the UNSC never knew about him because of the Spirit being lost in space (unless they did and I don’t know what I am talking about).

But yes, I would love to see him put in.

I mean, sure, they added Jul’ Mdama in but he was not that great.

They can even add the Didact or even Guilty Spark.

I don´t think this will happen at least in halo 5, it would require a lot of work, generally they just reuse older bosses and change their skin, making an exception with the grunt mech; however, I think it is very likely that we will see a lot of bungie era stuff coming back in the next games.

I think that would be a really good idea. But creating player models would probably be to difficult at this point in the games life.

Perhaps in Halo 6 we could see some old enemies return.

Yeah, probably. It’s always great to keep your hopes up. Anyways, nobody ever listens to me.

I like this… It would be awesome for some of the old bosses to come up. But how would Palmer announce that??

“WHAAATTT?? The Prophet of Truth has come back to life? We have to kill him before the Flood spreads!” (Because obviously, how else would a dead boss come back?)

They could add a duel wielding elite that can reduce his damage through “blocking” rounds, but cant reduce damage against explosives.

But you see, it’s a simulation. Palmer knows none of it is real. Jul’ Mdama was dead yet they still put him in. By the way, what does she say when he spawns?

Hmm not sure how that would work. A maximum of 8 tanks against one unprotected, unarmored Brute/Elite/Prophet. There would have to be a balance or something to make them withstand more damage than what would be reasonable. Maybe give them a strong shield or something.
How about a scarab?

This could be fun to see. Fighting the Prophet of Regret, you’d have to get a good number of Honor Guard Elites defending him.

I’d love to see Jul jump into WZFF also.

“Rogue Prophet has taken command on the field! Eliminate him before he rallies more troops!” -Would also be a great segway to add Brutes to the enemy roster.

What we really need is a Scarab to make a return as a mythic boss!

This reminds me of when I was playing Regret on legendary, fighting the prophet there. He floated two inches in front of my face and was like, “you make yourself an easy target!” and I’m like, “one the contrary, bub,” as I hop on and start beating his face in. I for one would like to see the Gravemind enter the simulation, but then they’d have to bring back the flood, and we all know that nobody would want that…(sarcasm)
