as cool and nostalgic the classic helmets are in halo 5. do you think there should have been the armor sets in the pack or at least a future pack with them? it doesn’t completely bother me but it would be nice, because some of the helmets can be hard to look good with the armor the have in h5.
This would be awesome. Personally, it doesn’t bother me but some people don’t want armor in the game since we have too much of it. But yeah, this sounds good
I want the armor and a favorites list so we don’t have to scroll through 200 things we never use.

I honestly like it better than Mark VI, it has a real practical World War I/II aesthetic to it.
I would like a body armour type that uses its own under suit. For example, a Reach kat armour piece that gives you a robotic arm or the original Halo:3 body type and maybe even the Reach one.

Dude, if only they gave us the prefect and football armor during the last superbowl! That would’ve been sweet. That aside, I would like to see CQB armor and the robotic arm make their way back in. It’s one thing to see a spartan, it’s another to see them utilizing a robotic arm to slash their blade through your visor.

Personally I think it looks right if you wear the classic helmets with any of the reach armors and the mark iv or v armors. I thought about what the legit classic Spartans would be wearing with it and halo reach and halo 3 came to mind so that’s what I came up with.
I’d love better, classic armor, character customization and UI.
While it would be awesome to have matching armor sets for the helmets, they’d be on the copy-paste side, say for swapping out the shoulders, forearms, and attachments for a more uniformed look. I’d be fine if they gave us the standard body armor as seen in Reach. Just make sure it has the all-important knife on the side.
Give people the classics, have a few other options available, and then have a handful of special, unlockable armor sets through accomplishments and feats achieved…
All cosmetic content should come in the form of armor and weapon skins and emblems… the occasional new armor set is fine, so long as its actually NEW.
Direct the content creation into map development and other important MP content… game modes and gameplay, online infrastructure/playlists, server quality… The priorities NEED to be in line next time, otherwise it’s “strike 3.”
