classic and new movements (calm thread)

by calm i mean try not to rant or hate

sprinting-climbing-back slap-ground pound- and levitation

all add new possibilities to the game, fun to use more speed and complexity is nice sometimes.

but there will always be those who don’t want new all the time. and game types that are ill suited for them

so i was thinking when halo 5 launches, if the top game types would have their own classic playlists.just walking and jumps
in no particular order…

slayer , swat , ctf , grifball. team doubles, and 2v2 / MLG
grifball definitely doesn’t need all movements -changes how its supposed to be played-

to test the waters in these lobbies the first few times will inform you to the different control sceme
which resembles older halos a little more.

this way if you want to have an experience more like halo 2 or halo 3 but still play halo 5 you can

to me grifball is meant to be two sides fighting to score while mostly remaining on their sides of the field.
if a player went on the other half they usually dont live long.
than they fight pushing up to plant the bomb.
