I contacted Microsoft support about this then xbox support and now finally I need to come back here. I accidently bought 2 ‘Classive Helmet req packs’, and the first purchase didn’t properly with my RP, so I thought it wasn’t working and I clicked the option again and what it did was charge me 300k RP.
I need 343 industries or the Halo 5 support team to help restore me 150000 RP for this, I mean warzone wise that’s 25 game play hours which is quite a lot. I have not touched any of the Arena XP boosts I received from the 2nd pack.
Good luck with that… As we all know 343 has no customer support. Try MS again so you get to talk with someone else. If you had paid real money MS would have been able to refund it back.
I didn’t actually speak with someone on Microsoft the link just pointed to xbox support and I went in a chat room with one of them.

This is ridiculous I have tried everything except Twitter and I’m getting no responses, even tried messaging Sketch.
You’re not getting 150k back. 343 will agree that it’s not detrimental and it’s not real-world currency. Play and earn it back. It doesn’t take that long and isn’t going to kill your experience. This is why when you do something once and it doesn’t work to not do it again or risk being double-charged. Also, you more than likely received 2 packs already and opened them both.

150k RP is 25 game play hours, I should get it back just like if I paid $13.45 for it instead. I play warzone 97% of the time, what reason do I have for paying 150k RP for 9 legendary arena Xp boosts.
You know what would be detrimental is me quitting the game. I only want cosmetics, and after than Phaetons. This is a bloody scam!
