There needs to be a class action lawsuit against 343 and microsoft. They failed to deliver what they promised. This game was far from ready to release. Broken multiplayer, game breaking bugs, random crashes etc etc. their promise for 1080p 60fps was a lie aswell with frame drops on all the halos. Halo 2 doesn’t even run at 1080p. It’s 900p. The failed promises are everywhere. The game I knew 10 years ago actually worked. This one does not. This post has been edited by a moderator. I sued McDonald’s when they only gave me 9 mcnuggets in my 10 piece meal.
Can you do nothing but nit-pick?

Same here man, I only sued for damages (the missing mcnugget), but we ended up settling out of court for 2 mcnuggets.
Oh dear god. Its not that bad. We have 4 campaigns and customs. Play one of those until its fixed.
How is the complaining about the game not working nit picking? Not glitchy, not bad, not underwhelming. The game literally doesn’t work. That is far from nit picking.

McNuggets are a product that you can easily go back and get the appropriate amount from the place of business. Furthermore, almost all McDonalds will compensate for you and give you something else.
This is not McDonald’s. This is a 60 dollar product that does not work as intended. It is faulty, and lead by false advertising.
Nice attempt to sound smart/funny but overall you missed the mark.

Wow another sue post your a waste of space remove yourself from the forums and the game
Report the trolls and move along people.
I’m personally suing Bill Gates. If Bill Gates weren’t Bill Gates none of this would have happened. This post has been edited by a moderator. Please refrain from making non-constructive posts.
Did you read the terms of agreement when you bought the game, bought an Xbox live membership, or an Xbox one?

I have actually been thinking about the same thing.
Other will mock you, but this is how things work when youre not a child. I payed for something, it is not anywhere near what was promised. This company just made millions and millions off a product where slim to known of its features work. I want my money back. If I cant get my money back in full (which stores arnt doing) I have to sue. I will not be the only one who feels this way, so the only way to approach this is with a class action.
You dont have the right to collects millions of dollars from consumers and give them faulty products. Its just not how grown up world works. I could understand little tiny day one bugs and hiccups, but this just doesnt work in the slightest in any capacity. So I am also looking into a lawsuit type action
Sorry fanboys if this hurts your child mentalities, but I lost my allegiance to gaming companies years ago. They dont know me, or you, nor do they care about anything but money. Which is fine by me, I get the relationship, just had me a working product and you can continue to pretend you care about me, and I will gladly throw my money in your bank account. If you cant keep up your end of the bargain, adults take action.
- Halo 2 Anniversarys Remastered Campaign runs at 900p.
- The rest of the game runs at 1080p.
- The frame-rate is 60fps, there is literally a YouTube video that does a test on that.
- 343i did deliver the game as promised, just one small aspect is currently being fixed.
- Yeah, there are bugs - But that’s what CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM is for.
- You can’t just sue a company for not getting what you wanted on day one. That’s like me suing you for being too idiotic to realize there’s more to Halo than just matchmaking.
Damn…

Then go do it yourself, ya poser. This post has been edited by a moderator. Please do not flame or attack other members.
One of these days you will read the License Agreement, ToS, and EULA. Then realize you have no legal claim.
I sued Walmart for their low price guarantee when I found a lower price elsewhere (this thread is absurd)
I hope your game never works.

At McDonald’s I hard to go back inside to get my mcnugget. I don’t even have to leave my home in this case because 343 is taking care of it. I am not thrilled with how this launch went but I don’t see the need for the scorched earth approach
