And they are fixing MM as quick as they can and many have seen huge progress. Anyone who supports this is disgusting white trash looking for a free dime

What exactly would you be using against them? Anything online related, whether it be matchmaking, Campaign Co-Op, Theater, and so on is protected by an online clause. Itf you notice either on the manual, game box, game description (if digital download), or even on the disc…it clearly states that “Gameplay experience may be different when playing online”, or something of that sort. That clause alone covers them from any sort of lawsuit with online related issues. What’s next? Basic game glitches offline? Good luck selling that one to a judge since its a standard in gaming industries and 343 on many occasions has already stated they will fix them. Not only would you be going against 343, you would be going against Microsoft. I doubt you could afford the tier 1 lawyers that they will use. Plus, your an idiot for posting this on here. Judge would have it dismissed immediately. One of the biggest talking points of a lawsuit is that it had to affect you financially or physically. Have you bought any other games for your xbox one? Did you have opportunities to return your xbox one? Have you played a few games of the MCC already? These are questions that would be put upon this lawsuit and I can assure you that you would get slammed. Period.
All that would do is delay halo 5 and delay this game being fixed. I’m sure that they did not intentionally release a broken game and as much as I wish this game was in working order there is No point huffing because a game isn’t working - leave that to the 12-16 (and the occasional immature player older than that) year olds who are the infestation on this game and a principle reason why people don’t use mics anymore.
