Clarity in thred closures.

Telling someone a thread was closed due to it being opened in a new complaint or thread does not either
A resolve the issue
Nor
B explain what the issue is.
I have scree caps should an email be provided.

If you follow the link to the thread provided, it explains that current issues are being looked into. We don’t need 10 threads with different people all reporting the same issues, hence why we redirect users to a single thread where they can follow it and keep up to date with the latest news.

In future if you have any issues with aspects of forums moderation, please send a message either to the moderator in question or any member of the moderation team.
