Hey all,
I’ve never really paid enough attention during a game to notice what activities are the most and least efficient ways to gain leader powers. Anyone know whether upgrading buildings adds more or less than just plain building bases and such? What about killing units in relation to building and upgrading? Teching? I would just like to know how it all relates to one another so that I may better prioritize activities (especially early game).
P.S. It probably won’t change how I play very much, if at all, but you never know when this knowledge may come handy.
Building stuff is the most reliable and efficient way to do it. Mini-bases, full bases, and units all contribute to leader point progression. Mini-bases are the best ways to get them early game as they are only 200 supplies and have a good return on investment.
I build and self-destruct sensor towers constantly throughout my matches so that I’m always ahead of my enemies leaderpoint wise. It grants me a great edge.

Thank you for the clarification guys, very helpful. Wow, thank you for the trick! I’ll be sure to try this myself–you sneaky sneak!
