ok so just went against a team purely made up of a spartan company while they had all bases in the first 2 minutes they camped outside the core why can’t there be company v company warzones because how can a team of single parties take on an entire clan it’s not possible it would be nice if there was a system to counteract the amount of people in a clan so on your team would also be a clan of the same size

I feel like maybe the matchmaking should account for teams and place them against slightly higher elo of solo players if another team isn’t available. That would probably solve some of the issues. That being said, i feel like a lot of people are upset about the farming and camping of the core but it’s part of the game. Not going for the core is a fair strategy bc there are 3 options to win the game from the get go. Killing bosses, getting kills or destroying the core. Can’t tell u how many times i won all the bases but going for the core cost us equal kills and we couldn’t get it. Some teams can lose bases but defend well so camping the base is an option.
Plays warzone- a 12v12 TEAM Game mode and expected opponents to not be in a TEAM
Also being in a team even with random ppl is fun and are more coordinated rather than playing with/against randoms who can just walk around after being continously shot at
Also theres Halo.lfg to find people to play with you know.
lol try going against a defending company who mostly use grenade spams in the doorways making it a nightmare.

To clarify, if your team triple-caps their opponents within the first few minutes of the game, pushes ahead to the enemy’s home base and has several Spartans in their core room without taking a single shot at the core itself, that is farming. There is absolutely nothing “fair” about it, and it definitely deserves to be reported through Xbox Live as “Unsporting Behavior.”

While I mostly agree, it is “fair”, just uncool and unsporting. I put on an active camo for a couple minutes and camped in the core room, just to observe the wild farmer in action. Several times I saw trains of two or three opponents run by, not even glancing at the core, even though they had ZERO resistance. I finally finished it off by assassinating one who did so, and then bagged and punched his body until a teammate came along and killed me. But to the people who say “youre just mad you got stomped”: no, thats not it in the slightest. its -Yoink- like that that makes me mad. I can deal with getting stomped. I suck. I would have quit Halo a while ago if that was the issue.
Well theres a difference between farming the enemy team and when waiting till the 10mins mark or that the enemy team is putting up resistance

Except there should be a party vs party system a loooong time ago.
I know it sucks when you are trying to play solo, Id try joining a big company if I were you, so far thats the only possible resolution

To the OP I would support this FOREVER!!!
I’m not new to warzone but I would like it if it had a more even system and would make more of a competitive environment many games I’ve played against a team and destroyed the core in 7 minutes or less but if there were some sort of system it would make more even fight and then it will feel like an actual war in my opinion would be enjoyable

Keep in mind that just because Halo 5 will technically allow you to do it does not mean that it should be labeled as a “fair strategy.”
Yeaahhhh, I think warzone was fun before people started playing in the manner the OP described. The people who play solo because they do not like to communicate with randoms or their friends just play different games, or any other reason are obviously at a significant disadvantage to those crews. I am wishing for a solution too, that way I can enjoy warzone again.
I play solo and don’t play warzone that much. Played warzone assault at first a lot but started trying out the actual warzone and it sucks when u have an enemy team that is just farming kills. And I don’t have a lot of reqs because I use it mainly for the customization and not the weapons. But it could be a very fun game mode just need to fix the farming issue.
On the big farm companies, finish the game, back out and block everyone of them.
was on a team where we had ranks from 4 to mid 50s and one above 140. The company we were playing lowest rank was (1), 51 and the rest 130 plus.
Ranking system does not work.
