Clan leaders if you want to see a list of the top ten of the most powerful clans then vote yes if no well I don’t have to waste hours of my life on all you amazing people 
Remember it will be determined by the Clan freindlyness (EG No insulting or name calling) Raid win loss Ratio and of course the amount of clans they alliances with I will do a Top ten in strength and sportingness. So if you wish to participate please send your Clans info to me on waypoint.
The clans are probably too busy beating the stuffing out of each other.
To truly understand which clans are the top 10 most powerful you will have to personally understand how each of those clan works. Be something like a reporter get the clan from the soldier’s POV (and citizen in my clan) not the leadership; as the leadership can be bias. It will take longer but you can rightly place in the correct order and state the true reasons why you placed them there.
I’m sorry to say to all those that said yes but due to technical difficulties I’m afraid it’s impossible to do and due to my technical difficulties it will never happen unfortunately but hey they got Spartan divisions.
