So once again, I’m on the search for a clan. I’ll list off in this paragraph of what I am seeking in a clan. I would start my own, but I don’t have the time for the clan political drama and generally busy with work. To start off, I am only willing to join a clan, NOT a community. Communities have left a bad reputation in my book a few times and so I avoid them. Please have an active clan with a stable ranking structure and rule system. Helpful and active members is a plus. The size of the clan doesn’t bother me so long it applies to the previous mentioned requests. I am also familar with running, being in, and dealing with clans to know what I am looking for. Hi. I’d like to offer you a position in Sierra Company. Sierra Company is a hardcore military clan with an outstanding combat record, competent leadership, and common-sense rules. It’s probably closest to what you’re used to if you were in any Reach military groups. We do raids, we have bootcamp, we do occasional drills, and we use older military rules (the ones that work well for us, of course). We’re very active-we do about 4-5 official clan activities a week, and if you wanna do matchmaking any other times you can just invite members yourself. We aren’t a company and we don’t require you to join ours, but you can if you want.
In response to your specific requests for a group:
-Very little drama here due to a selective recruiting process. At least I haven’t seen any.
-Our training times should work with your work schedule. We have 3 weekend events at least, and only casual events during the week.
-Not a community; we’re only on Halo. Of course we won’t stop you from playing other games with clan members.
-Rankings are UNSC lore based. E-1 top E-10 and O-1 to O-6. Easy to remember.
-Yes we have a rule system, but most stuff is just common sense.
-No cheating, hacking, or modding here.
-Members are pretty helpful, and at least I am willing to answer any questions.
-We don’t require you to join a site, and we have a discord but we’d rather you join our Kik. Almost all members are on there.
Sierra has a good combat record, which is what military groups are really about. We win roughly 80% of our raids and practice raids. Right now we’re on a 24 winning streak of BTB and Warzone. The reason that we win isn’t directly from skill or muscle memory. It’s tactics and communication. We have several active and veteran members of the US and Canadian armed forces, and we use military tactics on the battlefield. Coms are silent minus callouts or orders in serious matches. This gives us a massive edge in combat, and lets us turn anyone who joins us into an effective team player.

I didn’t recognize you from any previous posts that I’ve replied to or messages that I’ve sent. But I probably wouldn’t if I had messaged you. So first off: why should I put significant amounts of time doing personalized messages for people who haven’t expressed any interest in joining my organization? Should I memorize every person I contact regarding Sierra Company?
That simply isn’t a good way to keep a clan up. You can’t put too much time into random players.
Secondly-why are you looking for a group with a ranking system that doesn’t do raids? Those are very few and far between, and most groups that don’t do raids but have ranks are clan communities. Now consider this: are raids not fun? Or is it just that you’ve been with the wrong groups?

the website you realy just need to sign up on , its to keep track of members and where they belong , we dont requiere you to change the gamer tag , but we have a uniform requierment .
Personally messaging a person you are trying to recruit can help create a bond and make the individual feel like they are a person and wanted. Not some target sponge for the team on a raid. In addition, copying and pasting the same post for recruiting is boring and shows lack of creativity.
Remembering everyone you have recruited can be counter intuitive, but can be beneficial in the long run. Though the message with me saying I’m not much of a competitive or a clan war person was on the Xbox. Here’s a tip a wise leader or recruiter keeps track of their messages and who they have messaged.
Also to answer your question, all it takes is a few nasty wars in Halo 3 and Reach to burn a person out. Especially if you were on the side that was defending against warmongering clans. In those days losing a war was not an option.

And I have also already set up Protocol, clan rules, ranking systems, and certain clan branches. My clan’s name is IoN, and we’ve been together since Halo 4, we do have a website, Spartan company, club, and we use kik to communicate with each other on a daily basis. None of them are mandatory though, but we do highly encourage each member is using at least one of those mediums. We don’t require any level of skill because we do both competitive and casual gametypes and maps. IoN Locus I was interested in joining, but I wasn’t invited to any games but one. Knockout originally was messaging me added me as a friend and was only invited to a training/gaming night. There was one day I was invited to a party, but only because I sent a party invite to Knockout. Even then, the people in the party were too focused on trying to get their Onyx and Champion ranks up.

If you havent found a clan in almost a month then I’m pretty sure you wont be finding one anytime soon. Lower your standards, there isnt gonna be that “perfect clan” waiting for you. Just a bit of advice.

So you had the time to respond to this post multiple times and even play with some of the people that replied to your post but you havent had the time to actually join a clan because of “work”? Alright sure. I wasn’t trying to be condescending or rude so if it came out that way then I’m sorry, however it’s clear that you are purposefully not joining a clan for whatever reason.
