You are aware Spartan Companies are meant to serve as their version of a clan right? Just helps keep things organized and so you know what members you have rather than having to keep up with updating a website every time you gain a new member. I’m not calling you out or anything, just saying. And while the 100 member cap might not seem too great to you remember max player count is 24.
I’m fully aware but some clans use a Xbox Live account that can be silvered and used on Smartglass. I agree the Comapny does help organize things and make it easier keeping up with member count and stuff. But not all clans use the Company system. But I get what your saying but when I’ve attempted to recruit for my clan they though I was talking about a Spartan Company witch is understandable. But I only did that to specify what I mean by a clan recruitment. If they use a Spartan Company by all means it’s perfectly fine.
