Comments like this cause users to create a second topic which is a form of spam- so you’re baiting them into breaking rules. This thread is a perfect example. You told the user to post in recruiting, and they did. And here we are.
At the very least, your reply is non-constructive and non-sensical once the topic has been moved to the correct forum.
