You are going to have to be more specific, What sort of clan is it? Is it military based? Are there requirements? How often are the meetings? Is there any groups for the clan to talk outside of Halo?

Hello my name is Commander Blood and I am the president of TSR: The Shadows of Reach. TSR is a military based clan that has been established on the game of Halo: Reach. Our clan will recruit any player no matter rank, age or gender. We train in all fields of battle and prioritize to increase the player skill of our members.
Clan Requirements: You must have completed the campaign on normal or higher. You must be respectful to all members. You must remain loyal to our team and must comply to chang your service tag, emblem and armor colors. (Note you may chang out of Clan uniform when off duty).
