For the past few weeks now I have had severe problem’s trying to get people to pay attention to my clan and it wasn’t up until now I realized that it wasn’t something I was doing wrong but rather something Halo Waypoint was doing wrong. The Recruitment topic is WAY OVERCROWDED and is on the constant rise everyday. Their is no hope for properly recruiting on the topic page at all, I have tried 4 times now, one of which wasn’t even on the official recruitment topic page because THAT’S HOW DESPERATE I’M GETTING! Halo Waypoint needs a MUCH better way to do this. We should have an official clan page for proper clan set up like in Call of Duty Elite only not as unnecessary and useless. Having an official clan page would be able to stop any identical clan names being made on accident. Their should also be a different way to recruit for clans because of the undeniable fact that the recruitment page is being overcrowded. I know this may not exactly be a serious issue with Halo Waypoint but as far as I see it if we don’t take care of this problem now then chances are were gonna very much regret it in the future of Halo Waypoint, ESPECIALLY when Halo 5 comes out.
It’s a huge struggle to get people to join. You have to have something to offer for others to want to join.
For example, tournaments, experienced players, and achievement hunting. Keep up the good work Blitz

Their’s not much good work to do. I can’t really offer anything but the fact that I’m trying to build a community not for Halo players but for players of general FPS games. While I will admit it is very difficulty to try and gain the attention and willingess of players to join my clan it is still an undeniable fact that the clan recruitment page is still far to overcrowded. It won’t matter if your recruiting for a clan, a LASO operation or preparing for the Master Chief Collection. If it were any more difficult it would be next to impossible…
