Introduction:
Sierra Company is a Military Clan based on the UNSC Navy structure. We are extremely competitive and team-oriented. We value respect, structure and discipline. WE host Combat Operations as a Daily thing and often end them off with Training Operations such as: Mock Battles and Combat Drills. Also we host Custom games regularly too. But our Main mission is to create a fun environment where people that want to join a proper military clan can join and really stimulate their desires for such things.

All orders must be followed with resistance or question. (This Includes Training techniques.) - There will be no abuse of rank or authority. (Though such conditions are to be determined.) - Members must report in at least once a week to their commanders or give a description of a later absence. - Members may not be excused from a party or operation without leave from their commander. - All incidents of Clan on Clan contact must be reported. (Only if Communication is made.) - All clans must be directed to the Captain or a Commander. - Members may not transfer from group to group until they have served a total of 3 weeks with their group, unless they get a approval from the Captain. - There will be absolutely no intentional/unjustified friendly fire. - There will be no Tea-bagging. - There will be no over-killing(Shooting Corpses).Ranks:

Do you guys have Training and if so, How long?
Yes, We do have training although this is to teach our members how to work within teams and to teach them tactics that can be useful within halo. There is absolutely nothing pointless you wont learn during basic training. Although our Basic training is 4-6-8 Hours starting at 4:30 or 6:30pm CST and often conduct them on Saturdays.
Are you guys mean?
Yes, but mostly during basic training, because we want our members to be exposed to stress in order to see what kind o players they are. We make it extremely repetitive and extremely hard.
Do i have to be on everyday?
