Clan is active, but no REQ pack

My clan is active for Halo 5 but I didn’t get the REQ pack for some reason, help me out pls! Update, yes, I did check my inbox, but theres no message there

i was like the fifth in my clan to join and right after, i got an inbox msg with req pack.

same issue. I am the founder of siliconart GAMING and still not Req Pack, but other in the Company have gotten theirs
