Hello I have been in a clan that I have started for about 3 years.

Sadly, Halo 4 is the worst thing to ever happen to my clan as 90% of our members have left Halo now and mostly play CoD. I just hate CoD though!

My time for games is much lesser now but I still want my clan to thrive. We have a fantastic website and a great foundation for a clan to operate, we just need HALO players once again!

I don’t care if it is Halo 4 or Halo Reach but I need some interested players that want to reimagine my clan all the while getting the odd tips from me on how to make it happen. I don’t like anyone looking to me as a ‘leader’ or ‘boss’ but more as supportive for people that want to represent my clan right.

We have about 5-10 members left that show SOME interest in Halo 4 but the future of this clan is in the players not here yet! We need new blood but not just new members, but new members that want to take the torch and RUN with it (all the while being respectful and a good person!).

Thats how some clans go. It’s hard when there isn’t a real base of operations except on sites and social networks. You have to keep working hard. My clan TST has been going since 2005 and was one of the largest Halo 2 clans in the world. Halo 3 came out nearly obliterated it and I had to rebuild it. Good luck to you and your clan, if you ever decide to end the clan there’s always room at TST. We’re constantly looking for new ways to get players to work together.

If you want your clan to thrive then create another division headed by yourself or another trusted individual for CoD and “voila” clans thriving, people are staying and now people from either divion have choices to move back and forth.
