I did get the weapons but didnt get the armor allthough i claimed both. Help is appreciated.
Pretty sure there’s nothing you can do. Just hope 343 offer them again in the future.
Loads of people have reported problems on here though, you’re certainly not the only one I’m afraid

the thing is that its claimed in twitch and that i can not earn it again 
Submit a ticket like the rest of us. Support doesn’t believe it’s a important/real issue. Nothing like a bait n switch to increase viewership on the first tournament.
