Well ive finally released city of reflection. Four months in the making, i wanted to go all out for this one.
How does it stack up? Its unlike EVERY city map ive made so far, by using the shadow glitch on the outside of ridgeline i was able to SHADE several areas so building dont look all the same, While wall colliseums dont stack up like you would think, Using all building however, alongside with ridgelines REFLECTIVE surfaces i was able to come up with WAY more realistic buildings for a FRACTION of space. What this means for gameplay it relates a smooth play with little framerate drop. Areas of the map are no longer CENTERED around looking at the edge, now they are centered around direct focal points.
What this all means to you. Well like i said before I wanted to go out with a bang, ive made 11 city maps prior and i take GREAT pride in this map, so that being said ive put much more time into refining areas for close quarter combat and adding into that my vertical complex (if you will) youll see why i say this beats every other city ive made.
