Cinematic question

I’ve seen people use cinematics in edits before. I was just wondering how you do it

I’ve seen edits and montages and stuff where it’s like a camera panning over the landscape and stuff. Not sure if that’s what a cinematic is but everyone seems to refer to that shot as one.
