Christmas Wishes

So how is everyone going to celebrate the holiday season. Are you going to visit some relatives or take a vaction to the slopes. I am curious on how everyone here will be spending the season. Either way I hope everyone enjoys the season.

I myself am going to just stay home this year, decorate the tree and help out a local production of the Nutcracker (which I have seen before and the little kids are just so adorable…)

I plan on heading out to Leavenworth, WA with the family for a few days to have fun in the snow and brush up on my German. (Mostly my German eating habits, not necessarily the speaking part.)

After we get back I will be spending some time at Niketown camping out (big surprise there) for the Air Jordan XI “Concord” release. I plan on buying about $3,000 worth (15 pairs) of these shoes on December 23rd, and immediately plan on selling them all. They go for $200 after tax in store, but the limited quantity will jack the Craigslist price up to about $300.

After that’s all done I plan on heading down to my mom’s house to spend the holidays with my family. There will be food. There will be Xbox. And there will be the return of the NBA season.

Total win!

Lots of BBQs, camping, drinking and well just chilling. (Summer holidays is good)

As for Christmas itself… I haven’t a clue what my parents have decided we’re are doing.

Right now I’m feeling a little homesick and wish we could be with family (more specifically: mine!) but that’s not happening. Goose has duty over Christmas so we’re staying put. Maybe we’ll take some day trips around here or something, who knows.

Christmas Eve marks the day where my big sister is getting married. I honestly just want her to have an amazing wedding and a merry Christmas.

Geez, why not just have it on Valentines day?

Holiday weddings are the worst IMO.

I’m playing it lazy this year. Would normally go out to Jersey for the Eve for my fathers side and head back to Queens for Xmas day with my mothers side. Just going to the mothers side this year and probably showing up late. It’s been a long year…

I actually don’t think they believe in Valentine’s Day. :stuck_out_tongue:

They’re having it on Christmas because there’s been problems with my dad’s side (not my dad himself, he’s fine) of the family (long story) and she and her fiance want to just cheer everyone up in our family with that. Sort of a big Christmas present that doesn’t cost much, since they’re getting married in our backyard.

Let see…plan on eating Turkey, hanging out with my huge 6 feet tall or so younger brother [Why must I be 5’7!?], eating turkey…having a good time with the family…presents…hoping I would get a GRD doll [okay not really but that would be cool] and playing some more Halo.
