So my friends and I played a bunch of Halo Masterchief Collection for XBOX 1 right around christmas. My friend and I won most of the night, and 2/3 against the team that won the last game we played that night. Nothing was mentioned about a christmas championship or even a championship game. After the other team won the last game (they were still 1/3 against my team) they declared themselves Christmas Champions. Could the Halo team, or the Master Chief publicly revoke their self awarded championship?

I’d like to start off by saying thank you for your purchase of my collection. My apologies for the lackluster performance and any issues you might be having with the multiplayer portion of my game. Since release I have been tirelessly working with 343 industries to resolve these issues the community may be experiencing. Now to resolve your issue. From the sound of things it seems as if you’re dealing with a team that won 1 battle and now they believe they won the war. It doesn’t work that way in the Halo universe(as any TRUE Halo fan would know already). With that being said, I hereby revoke the so-called Christmas Championship and advise you to challenge these self awarding, pretend champions to a best of 5 series across any platform of the Halo series (winner’s pick game and map). That will decide the true champions. Not that you’ll need it, but good luck Spartan. Just as I have prevailed against many enemies in my career, I’m sure your team will do the same.

Thank you so much for clearing that up, even though it was so ridiculous of a claim. I felt like a fool going through the appeal process knowing it was a foolish allegation. It really put a stain on my families holidays. My one kitten wouldn’t eat for 3 days after she first heard! Not even straight from the teet!!! I feel like this will start the new year a lot brighter for me and all my kittens. Team Sophistication(my team name) will continue to run our campaign as best we can to your honor.
