I think I’ve found the acronym meaning for the FOTUS armor.
Fortress Of The Urban Spaceman. You have to read the expanded Bio. Something with Unicorns is almost as good. LOL

The Easter Egg was set as an advertisement, evidently for some fictional band in the Halo universe, which you can find on the updated Bulletin board (a renowned Easter Eggs from Halo 1, updated for Halo: CEA). You can read more about it as well as other contents of the Bulletin board here.
