Yes please! He’s been sorely missing from the games for too long. He’s the first marine you ever meet! What better way to inspire that CE sense of nostalgia than by having him in there.
Also I still think he should’ve been a Spartan 4 and replaced Locke in Halo 5. That way when he finally catches up to the chief, he can say “Sir! The captain needs you on the bridge ASAP. You better follow me!”
