The fact that he was missing from Halo 5: Guardians makes sense but I really do hope he returns in Halo: Infinite.

we gotta get our boi, Chips Dubbo, in this game. so far chips has been in almost every game, and he kicked alot of alien -Yoink- in every game he was in. #CHIPSDUBBO

Chief is swarmed by the banished and has nowhere to run. It looks like the end, but suddenly, Chips Dubbo falls from the cliff above. He shotguns everything away, and rescues Chief, just in time to get to Atriox

My man Chips Dubbo is still the most hilarious character in the Halo universe (sorry, Johnson). If I play through Infinite’s campaign and that sweet Australian accent doesn’t grace my ears, I’m going to eject the disk and demolish it just like the game demolished my soul.
