Child Friendly Halo 4?

Borrowed this from another user on another site. I’d like to hear your opinions though.

So, there are a lot of 10-year-olds out there who love playing Halo, but there parents won’t let them because it is rated M for mature.
I propose that Halo 4 has another option so that little children can play. Instead of shooting bullets, they would be replaced by either water guns or nerf guns. Blood would be removed, along with all swearing.
What else do you guys think could make this more available to younger people?

I agree, the last thing a game needs is censoreship, especcially Halo. The parents are doing whats right for their kids and thats that. If anything little billy will go to joe’s house and play some mw3 like every other kid in his kinder-garden class.

I think you’re trolling.

  1. Kids shouldn’t be playing games like halo.
  2. Bad parents will still buy this game for their kids anyway.
  3. Halo already has a lot of gore reduction so reducing it even more wouldn’t make any sense.

now violence is a obvious game factor, but to have little or no swearing for normal gameplay would be great as its pointless anyway.
