my friend has an account that she wants to create a Spartan Company on and whenever she tries to create a Spartan company on it, it says a ‘child cannot create a Spartan company’. How does she stop this?
She can’t i’m afraid OP - due to privacy and data protection reasons only Adult accounts can make or join Spartan Companies. Once she reaches the age where her accuont can be updated to Adult, then she will be able to make / join a company

That’s the thing, she is an adult, she’s 20. We have been trying to make the account adult for a long time but I don’t think we’ve clicked the right buttons, it would be very appreciated if you could tell us exactly what we need to change
Best thing to do would be to contact Xbox Live Support, they would be able to help out with issues relating to Microsoft / Xbox Live accounts
