Campaign and multiplayer have always played in a similar way. If you could do it in multiplayer, you could do it in campaign usually.
My questions are:
Will Chief have those Spartan Abilities we see in the beta?
Are these abilities just for Breakout?
Will Locke have the abilities in campaign?
Will only Locke have these abilities, while Chief handles in a more traditional manner? (343i spoke some time ago about Jameson having some unique tricks)
Chief might be able to swap out his thruster pack for AAs. Dual wield?
I’m sure Chief will have these abilities too. It’s credible for him to have these, he has thruster pack on his back like all other Spartans (we can see it in action in Halo 4 first trailer, and during the Shutdown final custscenes in Halo 4 when he jump on the Lich.)
Why Chief could not slide, clamber, charge and thruster if he is suppose to be better than a spartan IV?

Well what about the differences between Halo 2’s Mark VI and Halo 3’s? There doesn’t have to be an explanation for every little detail.

At the end of Halo 4, Chief had his armor taken off so more than likely he could’ve gotten it upgraded before putting it back on.

Even if they didn’t explain how his armor changed, it wouldn’t be a big deal.

Yes but we see on the teaser, he indeed has the same armor, and he went AWOL, wich am lead to believe he took his armor without telling anyone and went off.
