In the trailer it sounded like our chief, i will be lost for words if he sounds different…i mean its almost like we know him personally, i wouldn’t be able to handle his voice changing. Cortana’s voice is the same right?

To be honest, it is quite easy to imitate Steve Downes voice (at least for me), especially so when explosions are going off around him. As for the cast for Halo 4, there have been no announcements or confirmation concerning who will be returning or joining the series.

Well, it wouldn’t be right for Steve Downes to not voice the Master Chief again, i mean, why wouldn’t he? He even appeared at Halo Fest!
I’m pretty sure that Steve Downes is going to voice the Chief, and Jen Taylor is going to voice Cortana. I mean, they both did in the trailer right?

Steve Downes, Jen Taylor, Tim Dadabo, and Pete Stacker appeared at PAX Prime/Halo Fest because of their involvement with the Bungie games in the franchise. While it is likely that Downes and Taylor will retain their voices, we can’t know for sure until 343i confirms such information.
