*Would you enjoy collecting checkpoints in a custom or multiplayer competitive match of Halo. How about if checkpoints acted much like a load out once collected, but this would be tangible and not as easily obtained throughout the normal loadout system. Checkpoints are not only useful for races in my opinion, but they are instead also useful for spartan maps and gametypes.
*Hopefully 343 will allow this idea into Halo someday that way the player can enjoy a little bit of campaign oriented maps in custom games, multiplayer and forge. Teams of two compete to finish forged campaign maps made by 343 and fans. Players will earn a certain amount of kills, medals, and checkpoints to activate a teleporter to another segment of the map, -an upper or lower level or away from the origin completely- in which new objectives pertaining to a checkpoint system will lye.
*Areas of a map will open via checkpoint. Weapons drops will immediately occur after a certain amount of checkpoints are collected and will buy your way into a satisfying ordnance of weapons and ammo once completed!
