I had 4 matches that had very suspect people in it. I decided to check online if cheap cheats are available and low and behold yep for 10 dollars you get a aimbot and wallhacks. The forums seem to suggest that there seems to be no anticheat at all, I can’t speak on such matters though. Don’t know if those people I was playing were cheating or the lag compensation is just wonky in this game at this state but there is something weird going on. 45-0 in slayer in one match were I was spawn killed instantly several times makes me not want to play, Then the next match is super fun and everybody plays together so maybe its just how it is with games now.
And this is why anti cheat is very important…
Probably PC players too. They did the same thing to MCC.

Well yeah on PC, although you can also use aimbots on console but it requires hardware and such and is bound to be far far less likely. However I can’t play at 240 FPS and have all my other apps I use so easily on console. So I will stick to PC, I am not making money off of playing so a couple of bad games isn’t messing with my life or anything.
343 have anti-cheat solutions in mind for Infinite:
> Our anti-cheat philosophy is to make cheating more difficult in ways that don’t involve kernel drivers or background services. We’ve done a lot of work securing the Slipspace engine and developing novel ways to protect and change the game to slow down cheat development. When people do cheat, we’re focused on catching them through their behavior and not from data that we’ve harvested from their machines. Combating cheaters is an ever-evolving arms race, but we’re making the tech investments needed today to continue the fight for years to come.

Haven’t experience any cheaters. I think people might suspect high level PC players as cheaters however they are just godly with aim.
