This is my first post. I am questioning a recent Slayer match I played yesterday. I went back and reviewed the match in playback. These two other player on the opposite team were disappearing and reappearing constantly. Is this because of lag, or is it something that happens via another outside source. Is it cheating?

my first thought is that it sounds like some super awesome lag, really. it sucks but it does happen occasionally.
The Lag wasnt contant in playbacck. It was as though the other two players were jumping from one space to another when in melee or close range combat. One second they were in fron than another second they were on the side or in back of me. too randomly perfect to be just lag. Ive played a lot of matches with bad lag. This was too perfect. Plus they lead in kills for the match.
so what i’m understand is, you’re wanting people to say this was cheating so it’s more of an “agree with me please!” thread.

if that’s the case, file a complaint against the player if you truly think it was cheating and move along. there isn’t much anyone can do about it here.
I wasnt saying “agree with me”. It was a question. Sorry to post anything on this board. As usual the guy with the internet muscles jumps in first to put someone down. I love playing the game, and was asking if anyone else had that experience.

what? really? i wasn’t being mean or putting anyone down. i was responding to your posts and they way i perceived them.
-you posted saying you had a weird game, asking if it was lag or cheating.
-i say that it sounds like lag to me
-you come back and say it wasn’t lag because it was too good which leads me to believe that YOU think it was cheating
-so i tell you to report it and move on

It IS horrible lag, and it’s VERY usual for non-US players.It’s not the only issue (several black screens per game, unfair and unfun games, zero competitive gameplay, getting kicked in the middle of games, quit ban whithout any reason, loading fails, server not recognizing DLC maps so you can’t play the playlist you paid for, etc).
It’s draining away people from Reach , almost all my friends have given up.You can read about this in this thread, and support it if you feel concerned.
