Third time this past week I’ve played against hacks in SWAT where they remove their head/armor.

When you encounter players who are cheating, please report them via Xbox Live.

In SWAT only way to take them down is 3 shots to the body. They run around without a care just shooting everyone.
Nice to see 343 just sits on their -Yoink- and pretend it doesn’t happen. Last time I posted the guy’s photo and GT and the only action was a warning by a mod saying I violated the forum rules by “calling a player out”. I checked the rules/policies, searched the page for “calling” and there was no reference.
And what does reporting them via Xbox Live do? You can’t include a message explaining how they cheated in a specific game. At least here a mod could check the guy’s account and ban him.

When you go to their profile, there should be an option to File a Complaint. From there, you can file a complaint against the person for cheating and someone will take care of it.

I would remove the second and third links since that might be considered calling someone out. The first one is really good, though, because it shows the person with no head, but it doesn’t show their name.

Did that but don’t see how the person who receives this complaint will know how the player cheated.

This mod has been reported countless times so what good is it to keep filing complaints.

I have seen this often. I do not like how he plays the game. I have also filed complaints every time and nothing is being done about it. I am disappointed in the Halo game.

343 is more worried about protecting cheating scum, than fixing their own game and responding to the community.
Gov still hasn’t been banned yet and he was the first one to use the glitch. The only complaint i have with 343.
Its the guys from the Seven Sins Forum which released it. Its a hacker Group which is mostly going for Challenges Unlocks and such, but these things are new to me.
People yesterday didn’t want to believe me about some players shooting two bursts in one shot of the BR either. This isn’t the same thing but shows the game can be modified online. I haven’t run across this invisible spartan yet but I’ve come across a 6 shot burst BR many times. It’s getting a little ridiculous.

Not entirely true. Quite a bit of the modding resources going into Halo 4 are for Custom games and options that 343 either left out, hid, or broke. Some examples of what we now have because of them are:
-No Sprint gametypes for every gametype
-No Instant Respawn Gametypes
-Combinations of the above
-Flood editor to allow Flood to have any combination of weapons
-Flood to look like normal Spartans again
-Humans in Flood carry their specific character color (instead of everyone being lime-green)
-Birthday party slayer gametype where you die and explode with confetti (like Oddball carriers)
^^^^Things like that are benefiting custom gamers and im seeing more fun things like this all over. Right now we’re working into finding the settings in CTF that are hopefully hidden for determining if the game is Multi-flag, 1 Flag, or Neutral Flag. I support this kind of stuff because it only helps the community, since 343 doesn’t know what helping means.
I’ve been a gold member of xbox live from the start of xbox live, I can tell you that reporting somebody or filing complaints does absolutely NOTHING. I know that for fact because over the years on xbox live I have seen a lot of mods glitches etc and called in many times, on many occasions I was told by at least five different reps over my 10 year span that people need over 500 complaints before anything is done, that information VERIFIED by five different supervisors over 10 years do I know it’s true when it was referred to as POLICY every time. The single complaint that’s looked into right away is inappropriate gamer tags.
The solution is 343 patching issues like every dev, or strong communication with Microsoft xbox live network operators, complaints regarding mods glitches etc should post here.
I have also noticed an issue in swat that has happened in the past week. When I shoot somebody’s head, he doesn’t die or ill fire three shots with the magnum fast and the person stands, my aim is accurate, I know where head level is with no target, I’m level 75 on my third specialization, I know when something strange happens in gameplay. I see full armor, no lag, I run in the top five percent of the fastest Internet connections world wide
