I thought there was going to be no cheats with dedicated servers. Anyways, anyone care to tell me how this is done, and if it is bannable?
Fyi. In video there is first replay of what i saw via upload capture. Then following is the same clip from halo 5 replay. I added both to show more of what is going on so somone could tell me how they skipped around the whole match.

I have to agree with what the other poster said, it looks like lag. I have dealt with it before, and it sucks to deal with. Out of curiosity, did you play another match with that person? I have had folks lag bad one match, then the next match it was fine.

Did not play another match with them. Im really confused as to how this happens on a dedicated server though. If they lag it should hurt them in their game play, not me right?
