i just like to inform you (everyone) about the system manipulation taking place during the infinity challenge.
i was going through the leader boards, and i checked out the profile of the [redacted] in the war games leader board. looking at his recent game history you can easily tell this “player” is abusing the matchmaking system. this player keeps getting matched up with the same 7 gamer-tags, and during the course of each match he is surely the only player actually doing any thing.
none of the other payers in majority of his matches make a single point, and i doubt his skill. i seriously doubt that ANYONE is going to be so good to get 60 kill a match without any deaths, of him self or teammates. let alone none of those teammates getting any kills of their own…
i have already reported this discrepancy to -Yoink!- gaming in hopes of seeing him disqualified from the tournament. however i feel that further action should be taken… i believe that his game-tag, and every other one that was involved should be permanently banned. along with the systems that they were logging into at the time.
this suggestion may sound harsh to some, but this community does need the cheating that is taking place. who really want to play with someone like that?
the gamer tags i’m am accusing are as listed with the primary offender first…
[redacted]
2)[redacted]
3)[redacted]
4)[redacted]
5)[redacted]
6)[redacted]
7)[redacted]
8)[redacted]
(you will notice there are more names that can fit into a single 4v4 match. i believe he switches out a name or two at a time to make it appear more “legitimate”)
9)[redacted]
10)[redacted]
11)[redacted]
12)[redacted]
13)[redacted]
14)[redacted]
these are the names that i have found to be involved. however there still may be more. i hope that this is taken seirously, and i invite Naughty93 to defend him self against my claims. although i believe that his game history and record speak for themselves.
i would also like to note that this cheating has been going on since 12.28.12 (CTF challenge week)
To the community i ask… is this the type of “player(s)” that we want to play either with or against? please feel free to leave your comments, so 343 industries how we all feel.
well just for reference, i am not participating in the finals for the challenge. so this is not a complaint because i am not willing, i am doing this for the good of the rest of the community.
I would also never make this kind of complaint if i did not have the evidence to support this claim, and majority of the reason i posted this was to contact 343 about this. they want feedback from the community. here is feedback. and if they don’t want complaints like this to be posted in the forms. then they should have a section listing an Email address to contact them directly, and if they do, it should be more apparent and easier to find. if i had a way to contact them directly. this post would of never existed. so don’t think that i made the decisions to make this post lightly. it was only for a lack of other options.
also note that i realize they 324 and Microsoft are not running the infinity challenge and therefore have no control of it. this post is to suggest their removal from the community. not the challeng itself. as i stated earlier this was reported directly to -Yoink!- gaming.
Anybody notice in his most recent games, he’s playing with different people and only getting between 1-4 kills a game. This guy is absolutely terrible at Halo. O.o Maybe that’s why he’s cheating.
I just posted a similar argument against these guys about 5 minutes ago I am glad someone else is as concerned as I am… We are the voice of the gamers that cant bring themselves to complain, whether they feel cheated or not. In my other post about 10 minutes before this one I posted that this guy is averaging 819.33 points per game… How is this tournament not being watched for cheaters like this when there is a $70,000 vehicle on the line. Is it the fact that 343 has already made their money so they don’t care about our time, or is it simply a matter of no one paying attention…? I don’t know if I have ever felt so cheated… Ban this guy and anyone else cheating permanently… We dont need gamers like this on consoles… Modders should stick to PC games, consoles are for those of us who wanna play a game as it was intended by the creaters.
Actually, from what I saw of the leaderboard recently, they really trimmed down the number of people in the Infinity Challenge due to boosting. I was buried deep in Tier 3, but am now fighting in Tier 2 in the finals. Really strange.
Anyway, it looks like -Yoink!- Mobile Gaming is dealing with the boosters fairly well.
As much as I hate cheating, and it is doubtful that this person is doing this to make a point, I would like to think that they are doing this with a purpose, not expecting to win by cheating. Perhaps their purpose is to truly show just how much a of flawed system is in place.
This #1 rank obviously made this account JUST to play in the Infinity Challenge. It is obvious that it’s an abuse of the system.
There is a point to be made by this person doing this. That in fact this entire contest is a joke and isn’t fair in any way to ANY players.
All players have the ability to cheat in some way.
Obviously this person has shown just how badly you can skew the results of a match and the entire “challenge”.
Any player can do this in a minor way and skew their results.
If a player enters a game even with even 1 other teammate “idle” or not. They can continue to kill that same player over and over again to boost their score. Multiply this several times, and you have a completely unfair advantage.
The results of this “contest/challenge” need to be thrown out, or gone through with a fine tooth comb, game by game, and have results omitted in order for it be be accurate and fair. (this obviously will not happen)
The lack of foresight put into this “challenge” is ludicrous.

I whole heartily agree 100% with this post.
Though I did not know people could have a controller idle and you could keep killing it. But anyhow, this challenge is bogus, and not to mention the horrible non-grand prize winners…Only one thing I like in the top tier of tier 2, and that is those headsets, but I highly doubt there worth 329 dollars like they say, it’s probably a cheap piece of crud that is worth at most, $100 dollars…
If I was ever going to cheat, I would have fun with it by trying to see how many ways I can kill myself in matchmaking, so I really wouldn’t be doing that great, but I’d be having fun and making other players chuckle…
