There’s a “AR mod” where the assault rifle is insanely strong and can kill from any distance. A friend showed me a clip and it was blatant cheating and I just ran into another… when I sent him a message saying I reported him he responded “want champ? 50 usd” this is a problem now.
There hasn’t been any mods on Halo 5 on Xbox One. It’s probably just glitch.

Yeah that’s weird. I was also going to point out that his ammo jumps from empty to 207 and in between as well as his mag when he’s shooting, but Vegeto beat me to it.
Could be an exploit.

It is. First it was 36 then it went to 25
Wow, just watched those clips! Thats an insane kill time and range for the AR. He is running around with his AR as his primary weapon of choice - no one would do that in the high ranks. That is cheating/modding no doubt - 343 better fix this asap or we have a seriously broken game when this gets rampant.

In all seriousness. This was shot in THEATER! The most broken thing in this game. I’ve seen worse things happen from a theater replay than this. If this was shot with game DVR I’d be true, but no, this is theater.
Let me make it as clear as possible. Due to the way Halo 5 was made, as well as the Xbox one, modding is impossible, simple as that. If you don’t believe me, ask the mods, heck, a pretty well known Halo modder can’t even mod Halo 5 offline, which is supposed to be much easier than online.
Added with the fact that you can make a solid 30 minute montage of all the theater glitches and that pretty much seals the deal. Sorry OP and those who agree, it was probably lag, or his teammates participated in one way or another. Think about it, why wouldn’t this guy have used the mods the entire game? I would search up his AR kills, but there would be no point, everything points to it being a problem with Halo 5.

That means it probably sped up firing rate by a lot so you couldn’t even see or hear the difference.
> No, it’s not a modded controller. I think I’ve seen this come up on the forums before, and I believe it has something to do with the button mapping on an Elite or Scuf that allows you to shoot two times as many rounds compared to normal.

Well, you missed this post:

The game may not be modded as such but a modded controller apparently works because of the above.
