Cheaters are running rampart

There’s actually more wall hacking lately then before that I’ve randomly been watching. Spilling over from call of duty no doubt. You get the odd ones in ranked. It’s annoying but I’ve gone back in theatre thinking of how someone just knew where I was predicting with no way I was seen or called out and there doing it all game. I just report and move on. No one cares. This is what you get for including computer players. It’s there own demise. Xbox will die because of it eventually. Ppl will move to pc. They aren’t too bright. All my friends have made the jump and I’m next. This is my last Xbox only because pc has an advantage. They’ve basically all but confirmed it. Dumb so expensive.

I have over 330 hours playtime in Infinite. Let’s say 60 of those are playing campaign. That’s 270 hours playtime in multiplayer. I can’t think of a single time I’ve played against someone who was (at least blatantly) cheating. I have a hard time believing that I’ve just been so lucky to avoid playing against cheaters if they really are “running rampant.” More likely you’ve just been running into people that are way higher skill due to the matching system not working correctly.

Halo: CE was one of the best of the golden age of FPS games. Homage to Doom and Quake have motivated many to do even better. When Xbox launched Halo with the Xbox console they spent a mountain of cash. When Halo came to the PC it was considered demanding as most still were using old hardware but I was using a 9800 GT which could play it fine.

Back then multiplayer was still in the early development as cable/dsl internet was still not widely available yet.

I’ve managed to get several people banned for cheating since launch, but it’s extremely rare.

I may not agree with you on the cross platform stuffs but I must think you for helping make Halo online community better by reporting those cheaters.:+1:
