I stand corrected. Although I do not agree with such an asinine rule. Then again, 343 does seem to show some similarities with authoritarian style of governance.

Its probably because you could curse out and s-talk 343 or the community without the mods knowing or report people under false pretenses because of the language and then they would need a mod for basically every language because it would become a “If X language is allowed why isn’t Z language allowed”. Basically it would flood the waypoint with mods because of how many languages we have so its better to just have one language and be the most spoken language for the player base

^This. It’s not a discriminatory policy. If the site’s mods are going to be effective then they need to be able to read all posts.
