I only want ONE WRAITH kill to complete the commendation, so I feel very please with myself when I clocked and chased the wrath jumped on it a blow it up.
I’m the only one near it and the only one to attack it and got a clean kill blowing both driver and gunner. So why didn’t the wraith kill register ?
The grenade I throw as I jumped off was meant for the enemy in the base ( Totally mucked the aim .)

Looks like a glitch, play a round of warzone and you’ll finish it off. I guarantee it.

I checked but the only thing to hit the wraith was the grenade I planted.
all my team are the far side of the map the only reason I wasn’t was I needed the wraith kill so chased it !
I’ve had problems with btb and medals not registering properly, I just dismissed it as lag and moved on but this was months ago if its still happening I don’t know what to say other than maybe the guy in the turret caused the game to register to screw up.
To explain the game would register a person dying inside a wraith a wraith kill, however if you kill someone in the turret it counts as a normal kill, a cluster luck was awarded but that means 2+ kills for one grenade, so the game was suppose to register 1 wraith kill and 1 normal kill, but the game thinking of cluster luck just gave you 1 normal kill + 1 normal kill to = 2 kills for one grenade which is normal instead of 1 normal kill + 1 wraith kill = 2 kills for one grenade

ive had a ton of wraith destroys that didnt give me the medal. im pretty sure its broken and 343 isnt even trying to fix it. and i mean easily 100+ that havent counted. ive destroyed a ton of wraiths

Whenever I plant a grenade on a wraith I always, by always I mean ALWAYS get a grenade kills but never do I get the wraith destroyer medals. I feel you pain man I had to waste a few Splaser to finish that commendation.
I don’t know about you guys but do you get progress towards the warden kills in warzone firefight, all my other commendations worked but the wardens just didn’t progress despite me killing them

I’ve had in the passed and since that one I’ve blow up three more … Still not giving me it. … the last one clearly show “WRAITH KILL”
I’ve had SIX more wraith kills since that first one and still no giving me my final commendation!
Three was team kills including one where an idiot bounce a ghost off the front and off the map without firing a shot ( I got carried away )
But I had THREE clear solo kills the medal even clearly appeared on one I thought “That was worth that SPNKR EX” it had only just passed the shield and out of the base … I had camped on their beach front and know 101% there wasn’t any one else around.
So if it cons me I’m off to play a game that works >:(
I feel your pain. I’ve killed 10 million wardens, even got the medal. Need 5 more for the commendation. I figure if I kill about 35 more wardens I might get credit for those 5 I need.
This ‘last shot fired = kill’ can be somewhat exploited for certain vehicles/enemies. There have been more than a few occasions where a fellow on my team will hijack a wraith, put a grenade in it, jump off, and I’ll fire a few shots into the Wraith seconds before it blows up. I get the kill every time.
It’s cheap, but it goes to show how ‘last shot fired = kill’ is poorly implemented. I don’t see an easy fix either, it seems that a BR spammer (like myself in these situations) is more rewarded than the guy who hijacked the wraith.
