My account has had its chat banned for reasons that I am in no way guilty of. I demand my chat be unbanned or else a complaint will be filed against the people who caused my account’s chat to be banned.

File a complaint then. Waypoint forum moderators aren’t going to have any sway over chat bans, you came to the wrong place entirely.
