I would definitely add a bit more cover (using rock chunks), but I do totally see the blood gulch inspiration, and like the layout. Also, adding a light or two in the sky (use the “sun” filter/lense setting [I cant remember under which setting it is]) would create a sort of alien moons/planets atmosphere. You can dial down the brightness if it is too bright, make them look like red gas planets in the distance, etc. I did not playlets the map and am only going off your youtube link, but it otherwise looks really fun.

I tried to find something similar to what you are describing, the only thing i can find is the 3 different background options (Blue star, Halo ring, Exo planet) out of them all Halo ring had the best lighting. Ill have look now, see if i can change the brightness at all, thanks.
