Loving halo but got glitched into losing 5,000 credits. I purchased a silver req pack and as I purchased the pack and before the rewards loaded in and displayed (minor delay as they “materialize”)the game started. This was my first purchase of a req pack and I assumed I would have to open it under the packs tab as with the others so I didn’t think anything of it. After the game I went to open the pack and saw there wasn’t anything there. I saw that I was still charged they 5,000 credits so I checked under my req collection to see if anything was added and there were no new items. I have bought several more since then and have seen how the packs are awarded. I’m guessing since the timing I had already been charged for the pack but I didn’t get the rewards so it glitches and never game them to me. Has this happened anyone else if the reward is interrupted? Any way to get the points back or at least the pack I purchased?
