I just used REAL MONEY on 2 gold packs, AND IT DIDN’T OPEN THEM. I’m not having this. I know spending money on packs is stupid, but I was desperate. I’m really p***ed off about this. I will complain about this and never buy any req packs ever again.
EDIT: The REQ packs were delayed in getting to my Halo 5. Maybe I’m an idiot, or 343 needs a better system? Who knows.

I saw the mods deleted your other post and locked the thread. If they do not want us calling them out then they should get someone to help us. Who else can we call out if we are not getting support? I already contacted the head of 343 and even Phil Spencer, so since they will not do anything I will continue to refer to the mods. They cannot ban everyone just for calling them out for help.
Yeah I agree, but thankfully it turns out the req packs were in the section where they’re stored, so they weren’t lost and I managed to open both. Still kinda annoyed though that all this still happened.
