Its almost certain that we’ll see a diverse cast of characters within Halo 5. Is there any character you hope to see return for the game? They can be from older Halo games, books, comics and any other form of Halo related media. I’ve got my own personal list.
I’d like Thel to make a return. I was a bit annoyed that John never asked if he survived, given the fact that Thel willingly went into a Flood hive because he was concerned about him.
I’d also like to see Buck’s squad make a reappearance, either as ODSTs, or Spartans.

And I’m sure people want Palmer to return because of this. lol
You pretty much named off all of the surviving characters, and I would love to see Buck and his squad return. If they were Spartan-IV’s, that would be great, although they are getting up there in age for prime soldiers.
Also perhaps Mendicant Bias and/or Offensive Bias could be mentioned. I would also like to see the Iso/Bornstellar Didact. I think these should at least make it into the trilogy somewhere

Not at all, I could easily have shoe-horned in many more existing characters. I actually took great care not to include too many because I was worried that it would overwhelm some players. I should have mentioned that some of the minor characters are exclusive to Spartan Ops, brief parts of the campaign, or are only mentioned.

Who do you have absent from the list apart from MIA soldiers like Black Team, Grey Team, and SoF?
I don’t see a problem with naming off all of the characters so that we can see which are favorites for fans. It looks like Bucks Squad and Blue Team are reigning supreme.
