Just got the game and I love it. Only problem I have now is my loadout is glitched. The information displayed does not contain my current stats, instead it just shows a level 1 default character…any way to resolve this ? Thanks for help…
The same is happening to me, I have to quit to dashboard and start again after each match. That’s the fix until they figure it out on their end.
I came on the website because mines doing the same thing. It’s very dissapointing and annoying, really.
I’m having the same problem at the moment. First thing I did was downloaded all of my Pre-Order Codes. Then I customized my Spartan, played two levels of campaign, and I went to play multiplayer and I’m missing all my unlocks at the moment. My bet is the servers are currently pretty busy right now.
I am SO glad to see that other people are having the same issue, I thought I was the only one! Everything works fine for about half a game or maybe a full game, then it resets me to level 1 with no loadouts. so Ill restart my xbox and it puts me back to my current level with my loadouts and then it happens again, over and over.
Same here. And, for some reason, when my character is reverted to a level 1 Spartan, I can’t earn any XP after a couple of matches.
Yea I can’t earn any xp either. This is so disappointing. Did any of you sign in with a guest?
I am not sure what I did wrong but all I did was install disc 2… None of my friends have this issue just me it seems.

The same is happening to me. I was in a game and then the next time I died it switched me to the default loadout. I quit that game, because spawning with an AR is stupid and had a look at my Spartan. On the card, it’s reverted back to default but in the start menu it is current. I’ve also got the message that Halo 4 servers are down…
Servers just went down, lost my SR20 rank back down to SR1 and armor is now default.
Even though in my service record I have my unlocked armor equipped, you can’t see it on my playercard. Damn I hope my rank returns when the servers are back up and running.

I have this prob 2. i downloaded my pre-order armour and now it isnt there anymore and im back to default armour… wtf???
Same issue, was playing some Infinity Slayer with a friend, died during a match and my loadout choices reset back to default. Match ended and it said that Matchmaking couldn’t continue and returned me to the Wargame Lobby. Selected Find Game and got the message “The Halo 4 server are not available. Please try again later. Matchmaking has switched to using the default playlist” Friend can no longer join my party but we can still voice chat as normal, he aslso said his was working fine and he doesn’t have this issue.
Please sort this ASAP.

The same thing just happened to me. I tried restarting the Xbox and doing the Xbox live connection test and the problem still persists. I hope my stats get restored once the problem is fixed.

Been having this issue all night.
It’s been driving me insane. Two housemates in the same house, playing in the same party and I am lucky enough to lose all my perks.
