Greetings, fellow humans! I got this crazy (and maybe kinda cool) idea for a character. I hope this is the right forum to post this, since direct contact is against the rules. 
A human, married to the Arbiter, serves as a delegate between Sangheili and humanity. She also puts much of her energy into bringing peace on Sangheilios. The Sangheili are a wonderful and intelligent species, and the Covenant has done so much to manipulate them. Many of them don’t realize how deep it goes, and her mission is to help them remember their sovereignty.
There’s more ideas for the backstory, but it would all come down to it fitting into the story.
