After the activation of 1 terminal the 2nd one does not work
It keeps logging me off the channel.
and i have to close the app and relaunch it and activate the terminal again to watch the video
Does this keep happening to other people. if so how did u solve the problem or is it a server problem?

If you launch Halo Channel by itself, can you successfully watch the terminal videos? You should be able to launch it without MCC being active and have access to anything you have previously unlocked…

The grunt plushy? Can you provide your geographic locale, and internet provider information either here or in a direct message to me? In general, the Grunt plushy indicates that you were unable to connect to one of our servers, and we are trying to determine if this is a problem with specific locales/providers
(For example, we had a user indicate that Sky Internet had a filter that kept them from connecting, and that clearing said filter on their modem/router corrected the issue)
We are collecting as much data as possible on this specific screen to determine solutions, and appreciate any help or feedback you can provide.
